IPAA WA Presents The Innovation Imperative
Coinciding with Australian Public Sector Innovation Month in July the opening session session in our 2015 Innovation series entitled ‘The Innovation Imperative’ is designed to brief senior executives and their representatives on the strategic imperatives behind a formalised innovation process.
This session will also cover the motivation behind and, high level benefits, challenges, and success factors in the implementation of an innovation program.

About the series
Inspired by comments at the 2014 IPAA International Conference that the public sector needed to ‘build the room’ for innovation our three part series will provide practical advice to delegates around implementing or enhancing the innovation agenda within their organisation. Our objective is to increase the number of people participating in the innovation movement within and between public sector organisations in Western Australia.
