A successful innovation program like many areas of business is underpinned by a disciplined approach to its implementation. Because no two organisations are the same it is important that each considers how it will pursue or continue the successful adoption of an innovation program.

In this session, our keynote presenter and case study organisations will describe how public sector organisations can realise the benefits, minimise the costs and maximise the opportunities of an innovation program.

After many years of discussion and collaboration around the Western Australian public sector a number of organisations are now well advanced in their innovation programs and have important lessons from the experience to share with peers.

There is a focus in this session on delivering an engaging learning format.

Short presentations followed by a workshop facilitated by presenters and the Landgate Innovation team sharing invaluable lessons from their experience will ensure that you as a delegate leave with practical and immediately useful hints and tips.
