The Liberal Party is holding a cocktail reception to pay tribute to the Hon. Norman Moore MLC, on the eve of his retirement from the Legislative Council after 36 years. During his time in parliament his roles have included, Minister for Education, Employment and Training, Minister for Justice, Minister for Mines and Petroleum; Fisheries; Electoral Affairs.
