This one and a half day program is the first step in the not-for-profit director journey, providing participants with an insight into the world of not-for-profit directorships and establishing foundational knowledge and skills, specifically in the areas of governance, risk, financial performance and strategy.

This program is suitable for not-for-profit directors, executives and those reporting directly to the board, as well as those accepting, or considering their first not-for-profit directorship.
