Esplanade Hotel Fremantle
James Best, Managing Director, Best Business Communications Pty Ltd
The City of Fremantle and the Fremantle Chamber of Commerce are please to invite you to the second luncheon in the 2013 series of Fremantle Leaders' Luncheons.
2029 onwards - Building on our collective visions to guide Fremantle. In 2029 the port city of Fremantle will be 200 years old.
As we approach this important milestone, and to build on Fremantle Council's strategic vision for a vibrant and sustainable city, a wide-scale community visioning project will take place over the next 12-18 months to map out a long-term plan for the next stage of Fremantle's evolution.
The City is facilitating the visioning program to encourage conversations on our preferred shared future for Fremantle and the key transformative projects that are going to be required to bring this to reality.
The visioning process is a community partnership approach which will identify opportunities and a collective view of what matters. It will involve a diverse range of community members bringing together a shared plan of actions for a brighter future.
The guest speaker at this luncheon will be James Best, Managing Director of Best Business Communications Pty Ltd. James ia futurist and business professional with 25 years experience in leading people and organisations to deliver successful outcomes.
James is an active community member who is passionate about cohesive and resilient communities and working to ensure the future is as good as stakeholders imagine. In 2012 he was awarded the National Planning Champion commendation from the Planning Institute of Australia.
