Executive Capabilities - A New Approach to Executive Coaching

The seminar will be presenting Peter Zarris' research on an Executive Capability Framework as an alternative approach to measuring Leadership and to undertake Coaching and Development. This session will include a presentation of the research findings, practical exercises as well as a short presentation on key issues within the College - making it a two pronged session to be both a skill session and update on the College in general.

Time: 6.15pm (sharp start) - 8.30pm. Please arrive at 6pm for registration. This event will also include networking opportunities and light drinks and canapés.

Peter Zarris is the the National Chair of the College of Organisational Psychologists. He is an Organisational Psychologist and Executive Coach with over 18 years experience in the development of individual, team and organisational capability. Peter has undertaken more than 5000 executive leadership psychometric assessments during his career and has expertise in facilitating senior level team training and development programs.
In addition to his role as CEO of the OPIC Group and Managing Director of OPIC Leadership, Peter is the former National Convenor of the Australian Psychological Society’s Interest Group for Coaching Psychology and the current Chair of Australian Psychological Society’s College of Organisational Psychology.
