Estate Planning Day

As Australia’s population has continued to age, the market for good estate planning and succession advice has grown with it. This full day program provides practitioners with an opportunity to refine their skills and learn about current issues and recent developments in this area. The program covers a broad range of topics including:

the legal aspects of wills and the basis of possible challenges;
how the Family Court deals with the death of a party;
the superannuation issues that occur on death and in estate planning;
disputes arising out of trust arrangements;and
