Harry, the Founder and Executive Chairman of the Doric Group, is known for his passion for leadership and management excellence.

Under Harry’s leadership, DORIC has achieved many business goals in excess of national benchmarks and received a significant number of industry awards. These have included the prestigious Gold and Overall Business Excellence Award at the 2010 Australian Business Excellence Awards.

Harry has been at the helm of the Group during its journey of long-term, sustainable growth. The Group’s ongoing success is attributed to its commitment to the development of its people, adherence to core values, and maintenance of a world-class business system.

Harry has held numerous leadership positions with distinguished organisations, with roles including Director of the International Board of the Chief Executive Organisation (CEO), headquartered in Washington USA; Chair of the World Presidents’ Organisation (WPO) for Western Australia; and President of the Australian Institute of Building.

He earned his Master of Science (MSc) in Construction Management and Economics at Aston University in the United Kingdom, and continues his lifelong learning journey.

Harry is a member of professional and industry organisations including being a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Directors and the Institute of Building.

Harry has received many distinctions during his career, and was particularly honoured in 2009 to receive a special recognition award from Australia’s Governor General for his contribution to the community and business.
