As Western Australia prepares to have the Community Titles Bill introduced to parliament, join us for an indepth discussion and opportunity to hear about and learn what can be possible with such reform.

Key note speaker Carolyn Chudleigh (Partner, HFW) will provide an overview of Community Titles from a legal perspective; the value, benefits and unique outcomes that such legislation can deliver. She’ll cover the risks/unintended consequences that the WA development industry should consider as it finalises its bill, and will share with us her experience on creating the documentation for several Community Title east coast developments (The New Rouse Hill & Breakfast Point).

Then, a case study of The New Rouse Hill will be presented by Ranisha Clarke, General Manager of Operations at Lendlease Communities, which will offer attendees the opportunity to learn the practical application of such a scheme.

Q & A panel discussion with local industry experts to follow the keynote presentations.
