Certificate in Governance for Not-for-Profits (Intensive)

The Certificate in Governance for Not-for-Profits (Intensive) is a six-program Governance Institute-accredited course at Certificate level. It provides a strong foundation for good governance, recognising the specific requirements of not-for-profit (NFP) organisations.

It is an open-entry course, designed to address the learning needs of a wide range of people with varying levels of governance responsibilities in the NFP sector.

Five of the compulsory program requirements of the Certificate in Governance for Not-for-Profits, plus one optional program, will be offered over three days as an intensive study program.

Following the tutorial attendance, participants will need to successfully complete the online exam for each of the six programs to gain the Certificate qualification, CertGov(NFP).

Legal Framework of Governance

Day Two
Not-for-Profit Officers, Directors and the Board
Not-for-Profit Regulatory Compliance

Day Three
Not-for-Profit Financial Management
Assessing, Analysing and Treating Risk
