Join Bill Townsend, INPEX General Manager, External Affairs and Joint Venture, and John Nicolaou, ACIL Allen Consulting Executive Director, WA and NT, to discuss the economic benefits of one of the most significant oil and gas projects in the world, the Ichthys LNG Project.

With the INPEX-operated Ichthys Project due to commence production in the first quarter of 2018, this timely presentation highlights some of the long-term benefits that will accrue from this world-class project. CEDA’s event will expand upon the recently published report: An Economic Impact Assessment: The Ichthys LNG Project, which provides an in-depth assessment of the Project’s economic contribution from 2012-2050. Currently, Australia is the world’s second largest LNG exporter providing about 12 per cent of the world’s LNG and, with contribution from the Ichthys LNG Project, is expected to become the world’s largest exporter by 2020.

Guests will receive a complimentary copy of the report at the event.
