CCI Business Breakfast with Mark McGowan

Mark McGowan was appointed Leader of the WA Labor Party in January 2012 and since then has maintained a focus on transport, economic reform, cost of living and creating jobs.

Ahead of the 2017 election, Mark has already announced plans to improve public transport through METRONET and drive long term economic infrastructure, like the Outer Harbour at Kwinana. He has pledged to create over 50,000 jobs by diversifying the State’s economy through his Plan for Jobs. He is also engaging the community in a debate over our health system.

If elected, a McGowan Labor Government will inherit a record deficit and net debt and a lost AAA rating. Mark McGowan will speak about the challenges a potential government faces under these circumstances.
