Australian HR Champion CEO, Chairman and Managing Director Accenture Australia, New Zealand and South Korea Jack Percy will talk about the four themes that underpin his leadership ethos and encourage resilience and empowerment in the organisation he leads.
Jack Percy was appointed Country Managing Director, Australia in May 2008 and became the Australia and New Zealand Geographic Unit Managing Director in August 2010. In addition to his current role, Jack assumed the position of Country Managing Director - South Korea in May 2014.
Prior to these appointments Mr. Percy was responsible for Accenture’s Public Service operating group (formerly Government) across South East Asia, Australia and Korea.
He joined Accenture in 1983 and was admitted to the Australian partnership in 1993. He transferred to Wellington in 1997 to lead Accenture’s Government practice in New Zealand and later became managing director of New Zealand.
Mr. Percy’s area of expertise is the design, implementation and management of strategic business change. During his career with Accenture, he has worked with many large Government and non-government organisations implementing substantial technology-driven change programs.
Jack has a Masters degree in Mathematics and a Postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Mathematics, both from Trinity College, Cambridge. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and The Institute of Directors New Zealand.
