Mt Marion Lithium Project:
The Mt Marion Lithium Project is located approximately 40km south west of Kalgoorlie, Western Australia and is jointly owned by Reed Resources Ltd (70%) and Mineral Resources Ltd(30%).
The Opportunity:
Reed Resources is planning to capitalise on growth in the energy storage market by producing high purity LiOH via a proprietary process flowsheet from ore sourced from the Company's jointly owned Mt Marion Lithium deposit.
Barrambie Titanium Vanadium Iron Project:
Reed Resources is planning to exploit one of the world's highest grade hard rock titanium deposits by employing a proprietary acid leach process to produce high purity TiO2, V2O5 and Fe2O3 from the Barrambie deposit.
The Company is currently negotiating a technology transfer agreement for the process.
A continuous scale 10kg/day mini-plant evaluation of a proprietary hydrometallurgical technology to produce high-purity titanium is planned once appropriate resources and funding become available.
