A growing number of companies are aiming to increase female leaders in their organisations. Those who have successfully implemented gender equality goals are reporting improved outcomes and increased productivity.

A recent McKinsey report found that companies with three or more women in senior management positions consistently out-performed companies with no female executives. Additionally, according to Goldman Sachs, if the number of women in leadership positions was increased, Australia could boost its economic activity.
