Building Gender Equity - Lessons and Case Studies
EVENT OVERVIEW
What can Western Australian businesses learn from others who are leading the way both internationally and nationally in gender equity?
Join CEDA as our panel of experts share their insights, experiences and future vision for improving equality in their organisations and via philanthropy.
A growing number of companies are aiming to increase female leaders in their organisations. Those who have successfully implemented gender equality goals are reporting improved outcomes and increased productivity.
A recent McKinsey report found that companies with three or more women in senior management positions consistently out-performed companies with no female executives. Additionally, according to Goldman Sachs, if the number of women in leadership positions was increased, Australia could boost its economic activity.
CEDA's session will provide a vision for the future of gender equity in the workplace, as well as a range of case studies and recommendations.
