Former UK Chancellor Alistair Darling will outline the series of decisions he made under extraordinary circumstances in 2008 to limit the impact of the financial crisis.
He will also offer his opinion on the challenges Australia is still to face, as well as reflect on his role in leading the ‘Better Together’ campaign before the Scottish independence referendum in 2014.
