The American Chamber of Commerce in Australia, in conjunction with WA DEFENCE REVIEW, are pleased to invite you to a unique event on the Australian Army’s elite Special Operations Command and the future of industry innovation. The event shall also host the launch of WA’s first-ever defence magazine, WA DEFENCE REVIEW.

As emerging security issues evolve in both pace and complexity, the requirement for partnered approaches to innovation has never been more relevant.

In a rare public appearance, Special Operations Commander, Australia, Major General Jeff Sengelman, will outline these challenges and discuss opportunities to enhance industry involvement in developing capabilities that contribute to countering impending security challenges. Using a ‘team of teams’ context, General Sengelman will highlight recent promising initiatives that are underway between Special Operations Command and the new Defence Innovation Hub, and reinforce the importance of optimising industry collaboration.
