Aged and Community Services WA 2017 State Conference

The Aged and Community Services Western Australia (ACSWA) is holding its 2017 State Conference at Joondalup Resort on 30 & 31 March 2017. The Conference theme, "The Next Move: Make it a-MAZE-ing " reflects the industry's new market paradigm and adapting to deregulation, with the focus on customer service and understanding brand value. How do Not-For-Profit providers operate in the new market paradigm? The Maze symbolises the myriad pathways organisations might consider in the new market, each move and turn presenting different challenges on this new journey. The Conference theme aims to explore the journey options, provide thought provoking and positive discussion and assist individuals and organisations move into the new market with a-MAZE-ing possibilities for the future of aged care.
