Flourishing denotes a state of wellbeing characterised by experiencing positive emotions and enjoying high levels of engagement, positive relationships, a strong sense of purpose and a feeling of accomplishment.

About the Speaker: Jason van Schie, Managing Director, People Diagnostix
Jason van Schie is the Managing Director of People Diagnostix. He holds a Masters of Applied Psychology (Occupational) and has been consulting to organisations and schools on various mental health/wellbeing topics for more than ten years. He is the driver of many innovative wellbeing solutions including a mental health software application that is in use by schools across Australia, the UK, Germany, and the USA. Jason is an Independent Director on the board of Australia’s Sleep Health Foundation where he assists the national charity in its aim to increase community awareness of the importance of sleep for both physical and mental health.
