The Future-Ready Leaders program is an immersive, intimate leadership development experience for the existing and future leaders of your organisation. It combines the practical and intellectual rigor of current Chief Executives and subject matter experts (SME) with the power of networks and a focus on implementing change.

Building Leadership in the Not-for-Profit Sector.

You will also be building leadership capacity in the NFP sector.

Every full paying participant will be matched by a complimentary place being made available to a leader from the not-for-profit sector. If you have an existing relationship with a NFP organisation, then you can offer the free place. Alternatively, we will find a suitable candidate.

Spread over 5 days across 3 months, participants gain insight into five essential leadership challenges for the future - direct from the people who master these challenges every day
