4pm Forum: Perth Airport - The Gateway to WA

Perth Airport is Australia’s fourth largest airport in terms of passenger traffic, and plays an integral role in the State’s economy. The airport and its surrounds are experiencing major growth, redevelopment and infrastructural change.
 
This forum will focus on what changes are occurring, what is on the horizon for this precinct and its effects, not only on the Perth property market but also on tourism, the economy and the population as a whole. We will have insights on the prime estate developments happening in the area and what the expansions mean to the local market. High level speakers will also investigate the impact on property values in the locality as a result of the changes occurring, as well as discuss current and future trends.
