2017 Charity Ball for Lymphoma Support
Masquerade (verb): To disguise oneself.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In wearing a mask, we are able to hide ourselves away – even in plain sight. There’s something else just as good at doing this. Lymphoma.
Lymphomas are a type of blood cancer affecting an increasing number of Australians, many of whom are unaware of its symptoms and damage until too late. Therefore, to help increase knowledge, treatment options and ongoing support for lymphoma sufferers and their families, all proceeds from the 2017 Masquerade charity ball for lymphoma support will go towards the appointment of a specialist lymphoma nurse in Perth.
