2014 Variety of Chefs Ball

Join acclaimed French chef, Guillaume Brahimi along with some of the country’s finest chefs for the 2014 Variety of Chefs Ball presented by Linneys; raising funds for Variety – the Children’s Charity of Western Australia.
Guillaume Brahimi (Bistro Guillaume) will be joined by Peter Manifis (Incontro), Stephen Clarke (Clarke’s of North Beach), Pat Cheong (Silks) and Sean Marco (La Vie), as they cook for WA kids in need.
Following on from a sold out inaugural event in 2013, the chefs will step out of the kitchen and onto the stageon Friday, 11 April in the Grand Ballroom at Crown Perth.
Guests will enjoy canapés designed by Nobu Matsuhisa (Nobu) and served by his top WA team, followed by a delectable five course degustation menu. Each course has been personally designed for the evening and will be presented by the chefs along with premium matched Killerby wines. The event will be topped off with an exclusively designed cocktail by mixologist Adam Keane (Cocktail Gastronomy), a unique fundraising auction, entertainment and much more.
Funds raised from the evening will help Variety provide practical equipment and experiences for Western Australian children who are sick, disadvantaged or have special needs, empowering them to live, laugh and learn.
