The new Perth Stadium, GatewayWA, Fiona Stanley Hospital and Elizabeth Quay are just a few of the significant developments underway in Greater Perth at the moment. These projects and the many others are expected to impact on the lifestyle, affordability and opportunities in the next 5 to 10 years.

The 2014 API WA Division State Conference will examine the projects that are underway, how they will affect the current and future residents of Perth and the changing face of property use and ownership.

This annual event attracts around 400 valuer, finance and legal professionals. The 2014 State Conference will run from lunch at noon through to a cocktail function at 6 pm with presentations and exhibitions in between. The presentations will be delivered in the University of Western Australia’s Octagon Theatre with refreshments and exhibition held in the Undercroft.

Keynote Presentation: Mark McCrindle
Presentations will commence with award-winning social researcher, best-selling author, and influential thought leader Mark McCrindle, who will use demographics to give us a vision of Greater Perth in the future.

Following Mark, experts will deliver a grounded analysis of what Perth will be like in 5 to 10 years including new projects, transport, planning, housing affordability, availability and values.
