2013 API WA State Conference

No Pain - No Gain : A Full Infrastructure Workout

It is our great pleasure to announce that the Australian Property Institute (WA Division) annual State Conference will be held at the State Theatre Centre of Western Australia on Friday 16th August 2013.

Opened in January 2011, the State Theatre Centre is a fine example of social infrastructure and very relevant to the topic of this year’s conference.

“No Pain, No Gain – a full infrastructure workout”

• Ever mindful of the time restrictions by which we are all beset, we have taken on board the feedback of delegates at past events and retained the style of Conference which was introduced in 2012 – a half day, high level narrative on an important topic for this State.

• Mindful too of the ever increasing demands on company and individual budgets, the registration fee for this event has not been increased!

• Many attendees at the Institute’s events are required to not only accrue professional development hours (points) as part of their Australian Property Institute membership obligations, but also Department of Commerce professional development points. The Department of Commerce has acknowledged the value of the content to be delivered at the Conference – attendees at the event can claim 6 points in Category 2*

*The Department of Commerce Compulsory Professional Development (CPD) is part of the licensing framework and requires all real estate and business broking agents, sales representatives and property managers comply with the CPD program. Please include your real estate licence/registration number when registering to attend this event. At the conclusion of the event we will upload confirmation of your attendance at the event into the Department of Commerce CPD program database.

The quality and importance of this year’s event has also been recognised by the Western Australia’s largest land and property developer – LandCorp which partners with API in delivering the event. We thank them for their ongoing support of the property profession.
