Brookfield Multiplex will start work by the middle of the year on a $350 million expansion of Mandurah Forum, with the redevelopment to make the southern suburbs mall the sixth-biggest shopping centre

David jones in Mandurah - given there is no other department store south of Garden city, it should do very well.

Is there anything else WA is able to do to make Perth and surroundings a little more interesting besides building shopping centres? Apparently not.

I wouldn't mind a sports club with sports academies to give our young generation a healthy sporty future and for adults to use to relax after work. Baldivis would be a perfect spot
