lets get one thing very clear about the move by Pacific Brands - these are not job losses - these are job transference - using the economic crisis as a ruse - and plenty more like these will happen - because the grey area between genuine pain felt by companies and cost cutting for greater profitability has been erased in the maelstorm of the economic crisis.

Come on Aussie Common, we do not need to buy any of Pacific Brands clothing, Bonds, Slazenger, Hard Yakka, King Gee, Berlei, Stubbies, Crosby, Clarks shoes for children. I have found these brands on the Pacific Brand web site, have a look you shall be amazed at what they manufacture!! If they wish to ship this offshore and make thousands of Aussies out of work, then support the workers in Australia, do not purchase these brands, they are destroying Australian jobs and life. As for the paypackets for the bosses, well what can anyone say, except, mate you have to be kidding. BOYCOTT, we are Australians, stick together.
