A fine concept but only for locations with access to efficient public transport. Can't remember what the latest date for Ellenbrook rail is This should be implemented in zones around established public transport hubs not in locations in outer suburbs with lack of transport infrastructure. Another example of poor planning driven primarily to allow developers to maximise lot yield rather than real solutions that address urban sprawl and allow for efficient transport solutions
