Radhika Oswal says Burrup didn't default

Radhika Oswal will argue in the Supreme Court of Victoria that ANZ invalidly appointed PPB Advisory as receivers and managers over Burrup Fertilisers, because she believes Burrup was never in default of its debt repayments to the bank.

Good on you Radhika. I think you will find there is a lot of support for the Oswals in the way this receivership was announced and the way the media has reported events to date. Burrup has been a huge asset to WA economy and if a lender is citing irregularities in Burrups accounts and finances, it first needs to contact the board and seek agreement to call in the receivers, the agreement to "throw in the towel" so to speak. Financiers do not have the sole authority to call the receivers in when they feel like it. James.J. ... Perth WA.

It is a lot more complex than it looks. Nobody likes ostentatious people and, obviously, someone has it in for the Oswals. Like them or hate them, they created something in this state. Very unlike so many of our paper shuffling entrepreneurs.
