If you combine angel seed investment with an Accelerating Commercialisation Grant (where applicants can get matching funds up to $1 million) then you can double the angel money without diluting anyone, and you don’t have to pay it back. That’s the federal program I work for. Worthwhile looking into it if you have an innovative pre-revenue project at the MVP stage.
