Osborne Park-based Universal Constructions has secured a $14 million state government contract to build a new primary school in Caversham.
Under the contract, Universal will build a facility able to cater for 760 students.
Caversham South Primary School will include 10 classrooms, an administration building and sporting facilities, along with a dental therapy facility, 128 car bays and a library.
The school is scheduled to open in 2020, with work expected to commence soon.
The tender received five submissions, including from Pindan, EMCO Building and Broad Construction.
Universal won a $13.8 million contract to complete the second stage of Aveley North Primary School in January.
The company also previously won a $13.3 million contract for construction of the second stage of a new primary school in Meadow Springs.
