This week, Reiwa members reported a marginal increase in weekly sales to 553. The overall 1 per cent increase in sales over the week is attributed to a 43 per cent increase in sales for vacant land.

However, sales for units and houses decreased by 1 and 5 per cent respectively over the week.

Total properties listed for sale remained unchanged in percentage terms at 14,019.

Listings for houses remained stable over the week, while units and vacant land listings recorded decreases of 1 and 3 per cent respectively.

The total number of listings recorded this week is 2 per cent lower than four weeks ago but remains at similar levels compared to the same time last year.

Turning to the rental market, Reiwa members reported total properties available for rent decreased by a marginal 1 per cent over the week to 11,206.

This is 2 per cent lower compared to four weeks ago but remains 33 per cent higher than the same time last year.
