North One is one of three projects that make up the $100 million Centro North development, nestled between St John of God Hospital and Subiaco Square.
The 88-apartment development is being funded by Otan Property Funds Management and ISPT, and has been designed by Sydney-based architect William Smart.
Pindan will construct the building.
Pindan Realty sales consultant Matthew Smith said the official launch of North One was imminent, and further details on the North One project would be revealed next month.
"Our sales office in Subiaco is in place and will be ready to go from mid-July - and we xpect tpo hit the ground ruinning with a number of parties already keen to pay a deposit to secure their apartment of choice," Mr Smith said.
Meanwhile, Pindan has won a Master Builders-Bankwest Excellence in Construction award for the third time in five years in the aged care accommodation category.
Pindan won the award this year for its $17.5 million resort-style Amberley aged care facility, built in Spearwood for Aegis.
The facility offers a mix of 102 high and low care suites, recreation and dining areas and therapy facilities.
Pindan's Woodlake and Anchorage aged care facilities were the previous winners, in 2008 and 2007, respectively.
