Perth business named best day spa

Perth-based wellness spa retreat Bodhi J has won a major prize at this year’s Australian Beauty Industry Awards, announced at the conclusion of the recent Sydney Beauty Expo.

Now in their fifth year, the awards recognise top-performing businesses in the beauty industry across 16 categories. 

The award marks a breakthrough year for Bodhi J, which was nominated for the best day spa award in 2014.

Bodhi J was also nominated as a finalist in the best customer service category this year. 

Co-founder Tania Taylor said the award recognised the dedication and professionalism of each team member. 

“This is such wonderful recognition for Bodhi J and a real celebration of our holistic approach to beauty and wellness,” she said. 

The business offers a range of treatments, natural products, accommodation, as well as yoga, and has two retreats – one in Wembley and one on Pierre Street in Perth, which it opened in 2015.
