JLL Office Leasing has expanded its team, appointing Emily Dyer leasing executive. Ms  Dyer will transfer from the JLL Valuations team.  She is a licensed valuer, and chair of the Australian Property Institute of Young Property Professionals.

Murfett Legal has appointed Rebecca Browder a lawyer in its property, leasing and commercial practice. Ms Browder previously served as a lawyer at Hale Legal for two years, following almost three years at Tait & Co Business Lawyers.

Gerard Daniels has appointed Alison Gaines managing partner, Asia Pacific. Ms  Gaines was previously general manager for the Asia Pacific region. She was chief executive of the Law Society of Western Australia from 1997 to 2006. Ms  Gaines currently serves as president of the Australian Institute of Management WA, vice president of the Australian Institute of Company Directors WA, and chair of the Murdoch University Foundation.

Andrew Hammond is set to resign as chief executive of the City of Rockingham, leaving at the end of April 2018. Mr  Hammond has served as Rockingham chief executive since 2008, following nine years running the City of Albany. He is a non-executive director of the International Institute of Business and Technology Australia.

Former PPR executives David Tasker and Paul Niardone have founded a new investor relations agency, Capital One Advisors. Mr  Tasker has taken the reins as managing director, while Mr  Niardone has been appointed non-executive director. Mr  Niardone founded PPR in 1997. He left the business in 2012, having sold it in 2007. Mr  Tasker recently left PPR, after serving as national director, investor relations for 13 years. Mr  Niardone is currently managing director of Ausnet Financial Services.

Curtin University has appointed Archie Clements pro vice-chancellor, health sciences, commencing in April 2018. Professor  Clements is currently director of the research school of population health and professor of infectious disease epidemiology at the Australian National University.

Donald Cant Watts Corke has appointed managing director of WA and NT, Neil Dickson, to its national board. Mr  Dickson joined the company in February 2013, and has worked in the industry for over 20 years.

Perth bike-share operator urbi has promoted Ex-Labor MP Ken Travers to the role of chief biking officer. Mr  Travers, who joined urbi earlier this year as head domestique, has taken the role previously filled by owner and founder of the bike-share network, Adrian Lee. Former Bicycling Western Australia chief executive Jeremey Murray has also come on board as everyday biking officer.
