LandCorp is offering to pay stamp duty of up to $100,000 to purchasers of land at 23 of its industrial estates across Western Australia, in its latest effort to stoke sales.
The state government's land agency said today that the program was designed to encourage businesses to relocate to or expand in industrial developments across Western Australia.
LandCorp chief executive Frank Marra said the offer applied to the first 10 lots purchased at participating estates, which comprise four across Perth and 19 in regional towns.
Mr Marra said the campaign represented an opportunity for business expansion, regardless of size or sector.
“LandCorp's estates support light, general and heavy industrial uses, providing opportunities for sectors including transport, logistics, fabrication, manufacturing, light industry, agriculture and resources,” Mr Marra said.
“Above all, we work with industry to make sure our developments are sustainable, well-connected, well-designed and well-planned, and meet the needs of businesses.”
