Roc Oil Ltd has appointed chief operating officer and executive director, Bruce Clements, as acting chief executive officer following the sudden serious illness of John Doran.
The company is a joint venture partner in the Cliff Head oil field in the offshore Perth Basin, which first began production in 2006.

ROC advises that due to the sudden serious illness of Dr John Doran, Chief Executive Officer, the Board has appointed Bruce Clement, ROC's Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director, as acting Chief Executive Officer.
Any questions regarding the Company's activities and business should be directed to Mr Clement.
The thoughts of the Board, management and staff are with John and his family.
