Under the contract, Decmil will construct the Drysdale Bypass from Jetty Road to Whitcombes Road near Geelong.
Early works on the project have begun, with major construction set to begin this month.
The news comes after Decmil recently won a $60 million road infrastructure contract in Victoria.
“There are currently a significant number of major transport infrastructure projects across Victoria and New South Wales and Decmil continues to progress its business plan in these markets,” the contractor said in a statement to the ASX.
