Major construction works at the new independent public secondary school Fremantle College is set to be performed by Perkins Builders under a $22.9 million contract.
The college will include a maritime training centre, an Olympic-sized swimming pool and a new music centre, as well as science laboratories and a performing arts centre.
Firm Construction has won the $15.2 million contract for construction works on stage 2 of the Joseph Banks Secondary College in Banksia Grove.
Built Holdings has been awarded a $3.4 million contract to perform the office fitout for the Department of Health’s Health Corporate Network offices on levels 1-11 at 81 St Georges Terrace.
A $1.3 million contract was awarded to Aurora Project Group for the fitout of level three of Main Road’s East Perth headquarters, the Don Aitken Centre.
Cockburn-based Focus Demolition & Asbestos Removal has won a $1.2 million contract to carry out demolition of the Old Karratha Senior High School, including removal of all in-ground services.
