Board moves July 4-6 2016

Kin Mining announced the appointment of Don Harper as chief executive commencing in early August.

MMJ PhytoTech has appointed Richard Jarvis as chief financial officer.

Sumatra Copper & Gold has appointed Rob Gregory as chief operating officer effective, replacing Don Harper.

Avanco Resources has appointed Luiz Ferraz as an independent non-executive director.

Avenira has appointed Christopher Pointon as an independent non-executive director.

Kingston Resources has made several senior appointments:  Andrew Corbett as managing director, Anthony (Tony) Wehby as non-executive chairman and Andrew Paterson as chief geological officer.  Tony Wehby replaces outgoing chairman Jonathan Davis. Stuart Rechner has resigned as executive director and now assumes a non-executive director role.

Rey Resources advises that Jin Wei has been appointed as managing director of the company, effective immediately. Mr Jin has been a director of Rey Resources since December 2013.

Westoz Investment Company has appointed Simon Joyner as an independent non-executive director. Philip Rees and Dermot Woods will retire as directors of Westoz Investment Company. Mr Rees and Mr Woods remain in their respective roles as executive chairman and executive director of the investment manager, Westoz Funds Management.

JustKapital Litigation Partners has appointed Diane Jones as joint company secretary.

Nexus Minerals has appointed Andy Tudor as managing director. Phillip MacLeod has resigned from the position of non-executive Director.

Ozgrowth has appointed Simon Joyner as an independent non-executive director. Philip Rees and Dermot Woods will retire as directors of Ozgrowth.

New Standard Energy advises that Mr Phil Thick has resigned as managing director, the resignation will be effective 31 July 2016.

Energy Metals has appointed Cai, Yusheng and Xu, Junmei as non-executive directors. Also He, Zuyuan (non-executive chairman) and Xing, Jianhua (non-executive director) have resigned from the Board.
