James Hegyi has resigned as non-executive director of Imdex.

Andrew Padman has resigned as non-executive director of Entek Energy. Kim Parsons, currently Entek’s Denver-based chief executive, has joined the Entek board as an executive director.

Stephen de Belle has retired as a director of Mantle Mining Corporation.

Rhod Grivas has resigned as chair and non-executive director of Canyon Resources. David Netherway has been appointed non-executive chair. Canyon has appointed Robert Marusco as company secretary, taking over from Phillip MacLeod. Emmanuel Correia has been appointed a non-executive director.

Red Mountain Mining has appointed Jeremy King as a director.
