Ian Hobson has been appointed company secretary of White Cliff Minerals. Mr Hobson is a fellow chartered accountant and chartered secretary with more than 30 years of professional accounting experience, including commercial experience in Australia, UK and Canada.
Michael Malone has resigned as non-executive director of Dreamscape Networks due to an increase in workload from other board commitments.
Andrew Quin has resigned as non-executive director of Santa Fe Minerals in order to concentrate on other business activities.
Carnegie Clean Energy has promoted current chief technology officer Jonathan Fievez to chief executive, following the resignation of Michael Ottaviano as managing director and chief executive. Dr Ottaviano will remain with the company until end of the year to assist in the transition of leadership.
