Board Moves September 27 to October 7, 2016

Marenica Energy has appointed John Sestan as an executive director.

Bruce McFadzean has resigned as a non-executive director at Venture Minerals. 

Golden Rim Resources has appointed Glenister Lamont as independent non-executive chair.  Rick Crabb steps down as chair, however remains on the board as an independent non-executive director.

Geopacific Resources has appointed Ian Clyne as an independent non-executive director.

Martin Rogers announced he will retire as chair of Actinogen Medical at the annual general meeting in November.

Nathan Taylor has resigned as chair of Western Mining Network but will continue as a non-executive director. Don Carroll, an existing non-executive director will assume the role of chairman. Non-executive directors Budi Santoso and Andrew Houtas have resigned, and will be replaced by Ariel (Eddie) King.

BrainChip Holdings has appointed Louis Di Nardo as chief executive.

Black Mountain Resources has appointed Susan Hunter as company secretary, and Nyasha Makoni as chief financial officer, following the resignation of Amy Fink as company secretary and chief financial officer.
