Board Moves September 11, 2018

GuangYu Chen and John Chegwidden have been appointed non-executive directors of ATC Alloys. Mr  Chen has over 30 years of experience in the mining and mineral processing industry, specialising in tungsten & cobalt. Mr  Chegwidden has over 30 years of experience as an accountant including managing his own chartered accounting practice, providing advice in management, accounting and taxation, as well as consulting to manufacturing, mining, primary production and earthmoving operations.

Nuheara has appointed former Samsung vice president Philip Newton to a newly created role of chief sales officer where he will be responsible for global sales. Due to Nuheara’s global growth, co-founder David Cannington will become the chief marketing officer.

MetalsTech has mutually agreed to terminate the employment contracts of David Riekie as managing director and Cherie Leeden as vice president of exploration. Ongoing and planned exploration programs are unaffected with the continuing supervision provided by the board in cooperation with its in-country geological team.

Mark Licciardo and Lisa Deramond of Mertons Corporate Services have been appointed joint company secretaries of Coventry Group, following the resignation of Angela Donaldson from the role.
