Catherine Costello has resigned as interim executive director and company secretary of Admedus. She remains as the company’s chief financial officer.
Michael Dunbar has resigned as managing director of Gascoyne Resources. Current chief financial officer Michael Ball will become interim chief executive and Sally-Anne Layman replaces Ian Murray as non-executive chair. Ms Layman joined the board in June 2017 and has extensive experience in mining and finance.
US-based Dr James Winkler has been appointed vice president of business development at Prescient Therapeutics. Dr Winker has over 40 years of experience in the international biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on oncology and inflammation. He has overseen the discovery and advancement multiple new drugs into clinical development, with several demonstrating mid- to late-stage clinical success.
