Patrick O'Neill has resigned as joint company secretary of Baraka Energy & Resources.
Nick Rathjen has been appointed investor relations manager of Prospect Resources. Mr Rathjen is an Australian capital markets executive with more than 8 years of experience in investor relations, stockbroking and banking.
Dr Nicholas Lindsay has been promoted to chief executive of Valor Resources. Dr Lindsay has been acting technical director since September and was appointed non-executive director in February.
Jack Gardner has joined the board of White Cliff Minerals as non-executive chair. Mr Gardner is an engineer with extensive experience bringing mines into production. John Langoulant steps down as executive chair but remains as executive director.
