Martin Rogers has resigned as executive chair and director of Actinogen Medical. Mr Rogers has been chairman since Actinogen Medical’s inception in late 2014. Dr Jason Loveridge will step in as interim chairman until a replacement has been recruited.
Nigel Hartley and Howard McLaughlin had announced their decision to step down as directors of High Peak Royalties. Their decision not to stand for re-election was a reluctant but supportive initiative to assist the company in reducing the board size and its operational costs. High Peak will continue to seek advice from both Mr Hartley and Mr McLaughlin as required.
In light of the rapid progress of the off-market takeover offer of Windward Resources by Independence Group, George Cameron-Dow and Stuart Fogarty have resigned as directors from the board of Windward Resources.
The board of Mincor Resources has announced several key appointments in light of the impending retirement of long-serving founding managing director and deputy chairman David Moore. After 16 years at the helm, Mr Moore will be relocating to UK with his family and will retire from the Mincor Board in the second half of 2017. Current chief executive Peter Muccilli has been appointed as managing director, effective immediately. The board has also appointed Michael Bohm and Brett Lambert as independent non-executive directors, effective 1st January 2017. Michelle Sun will succeed long-serving finance executive Graham Fariss as chief financial officer, while Mr Fariss remains as corporate general manager and company secretary.
David L Breeze has replaced Deborah Ambrosini as company secretary at BPH Energy.
Dale Rogers has retired as chairman of Primary Gold.
