Board Moves November 29, 2017

Caeneus Minerals has appointed current non-executive director Peter Christie as non-executive chair and Johnathon Busing as company secretary. They replace Keith Bowker who has resigned as non-executive chair and company secretary to pursue other interests.

Rick Crabb has resigned as non-executive director of Golden Rim Resources after serving 16 years on the board, including as chair from August 2001 to October 2016.

Paige Exley has replaced Lloyd Flint as company secretary of RMG, and as chief financial officer and company secretary of Overland Resources.

Tikforce has appointed Andrew Houtas as non-executive director following the resignation of Roland Berzins as director. Mr  Berzins remains as Tikforce’s company secretary.

High Peak Royalties has appointed Jarrod White as director. Mr  White is currently the chief financial officer and company secretary. His appointment will mean the chief financial officer role becomes redundant and he remains as a joint company secretary with Philip Leighfield being appointed joint company secretary as well.

Dr Ian Pattison has been appointed non-executive director of Heron Resources. Dr  Pattison is a highly respected metallurgist with over 30 years of experience in Australia and internationally.

Evan Cranston has resigned as non-executive director of Primary Gold.

Graham Durtanovich has been appointed non-executive director of JV Global. Mr  Durtanovich has extensive financial management experience with a large private enterprise within the construction industry. He replaces Tim Clark who has resigned from the board.
