CAQ Holdings has appointed Ivan Cheng, Kwan Chan and Yuk Cheung Chan as non-executive directors. Mr Cheng is also the chief financial officer of CAQ.
Alistair McKeough has been appointed company secretary of DroneShield.
Current non-executive chair Malcolm James has been appointed executive chair and managing director of Algae.Tec, a plant-based health and wellbeing company. He replaces Peter Hatfull, the company’s managing director since listing, who is stepping down and taking extended personal leave.
