Board Moves November 20, 2017

Liam Cornelius has resigned as non-executive director of Danakali. He has been with the company since 2001.

Dr Bruce Whan has been appointed Corporate Development Director of Cortical Dynamics. He has been its director since 2004.

Crusader Resources has appointed Marcus Engelbrecht as managing director, replacing Robert Smakman who will be stepping down from the role after 12 years at the helm. Mr  Engelbrecht is a highly experienced resources industry executive. He was MD and CEO of Archipelago Reources which he took from construction to production before it was acquired for approximately 340 million pounds.

Daniel Ryan has joined the board of Caravel Minerals as non-executive director. He has more than 35 years of experience in managing projects at a senior executive or board level with major engineering groups. Current non-executive director Peter Alexander will become non-executive chair.

Lucy Rowe has been appointed company secretary of Triangle Energy Global, replacing Darren Bromley who will remain as executive director and chief financial officer.

Former non-executive director Rick Crabb has re-joined the board of Thundelarra as non-executive director.
